To discuss your banquet opportunities, contact our Banquet
Manager or Club Manager at (717) 637-9135.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure the
date of your function. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill
the day of the function. Non-refundable if contract is canceled.
Guarantees
It is required that we are provided with a guaranteed number of
guests 10 days prior to your function. You will be
required to pay for the guaranteed number that you have quoted
to us.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within a
reasonable time frame. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the function
date will be subject to the appropriate charges.
Payment
Payment for services is due the day of the
function. Direct billing available with prior approval.
Menu
prices do not include state sales tax or gratuity.
Service
Functions not requiring meal service will be
subject to a room rental charge. All functions will be limited to five (5)
hours.
Food & Beverages
The Hanover Elks Lodge is
responsible for the administration of regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania
State Liquor Control Board. We reserve the right to refuse any patron
service of alcoholic beverages. All food products and alcoholic beverages
must be supplied by the ELKS. Food products and alcoholic beverages cannot
be brought into the Elks from outside sources. We reserve the right to
confiscate items which violate these policies.
Bartender
Bartender at back bar available for a nominal fee.
Clean Up
Clean up fee will be added to the
final bill unless ballroom is cleaned before leaving.
Banquet Facilities:
Front Lounge
Our
front lounge is perfect for holding smaller functions.
This room can accommodate approximately 50 people. This
room is ideal for birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding
showers, baby showers, etc.
Ballroom
Our
ballroom is one of the best in town. We have recently
renovated this room to bring it to life. This room is
ideal for just about any type of occasion, wedding receptions,
company parties, seminars, car clubs, etc. It has a full
size stage for a band or DJ. The room will accommodate
approximately 160 people at round tables. Additional
people can be added if long tables are utilized. The
ballroom is equipped with its own bar which we can supply a
bartender at an hourly rate if you desire. Depending on
the number of people attending your function, two bartenders may
be necessary.
